Jed Roseberry – Pastor

Looking back since my college days I sensed a call that God was preparing me to start new ministries to reach his people. As I headed to seminary, Trinity School for Ministry, seven years ago I left behind a college ministry God had called me to start and I felt a strong desire to pursue all opportunities to expand God’s Kingdom. In God’s amazing grace, He also gave my wife Stacy an entrepreneurial heart that is in step with the vision for ministry that God continues to place on my heart to reach His people.

Over the past two years, God has been preparing Stacy and I to step out of our comfort zones and more intentionally pursue our heart for the world around us. After completing the Anglican Initiative for Mission Church Planting Assessment in May of 2008, we began to really pray about where God might be leading us to plant a church. God was calling us to reach out in a more radical, purposeful, relational way to share Christ’s redeeming love with a broken world.

In June, that call became a reality as I left Christ Church Plano to officially begin my work here at Restoration Church. I look forward to meeting you and sharing in the exciting work that God is doing every day.

 

Matt Fuqua – Worship Leader

Passionate about reaching people where they are in life, Matt, his wife Stacy and their two kids are a wonderful addition to our leadership team. Matt's musical experience as a worship leader and vocalist in his band, The Afters have given him many opportunities over the years to share his heart for worship across the country and now at Restoration.
